SOCIETY OF THE TIME

Shakespeare lived in the Elizabethan age. This era was very unequal between the nobles and the poor. It was a period of economic, cocial, and cultural development. And in this era there was an advance in poetry, literature and music.

THE FILM AND ROMEO Y JULIET

The film represents how Shakespeare writes Romeo and Juliet, inspired by Viola. Romeo and Juliet is a play about two lovers separated by their families, who were enemies. It is a tragic work, since the two characters die for love

HISTORICAL CONTEXT OOF THE TIME

SHAKESPEARE

In the twentieth century, his works were adapted and rediscovered on many occasions by all kinds of artistic, intellectual and dramatic art movements
